The Application Process

Step 1       Fill out the application form

When you click on application form your browser may present you with a panel asking you to confirm the application you want to use to open the file and whether you wish to save it to disk. Unless you have any reason to change the defaults, just press OK. You may have to click twice.

                   Make sure to accept the Terms and Conditions of use

Step 2       Once you've completed the application form, save it onto your own computer.

Step 3       Send the application form to us by clicking here and inserting the saved file into the email
